HASH HENDREX
Biography
Hash Hendrex’s music background stems from Rock N’ Roll and Hip Hop: growing up in Florida racing horses, she found herself immersed in different genres of music. Moving to New York to take a break, she managed to hit up some of the best clubs of the city, finally getting exposed to House Music. These one of a kind experiences lead her to fly to Ibiza, where she ended up spending the whole season.
The countless parties and endless afterhours she attended on the White Island made her fall in love with House and Techno: she became good friends with the Sunrise team who invited her to Romania where she went on to spend a year and a half listening to music, working in the studio and defining her own music collection.
Enrolling at SAE in London was her next choice: while learning to produce music, she was invited to play for the winter opening of Berlin’s Club Der Visionäre. Meanwhile, she helped create a sunday morning party called Keep On Going around Hackney, London. As she likes to put it, “I love the dance floor as much as I love playing or working in the studio”.
